Millions of people in 36 other states can enjoy these and many other fine wines, but not people living in New Jersey!

Kosher.com's Wine Selection Banned in New Jersey

We are beginning to highlight wines and businesses that are barred from doing business with consumers in New Jersey. In our first installment we're putting wines from Kosher.com in the spotlight.

Kosher.com has an excellent selection of kosher wines from around the world. Sadly, none of them can be ordered and sent to New Jersey, a state with a large, diverse population of people who enjoy kosher foods. Consumers looking for kosher foods in the Garden State are not allowed to enjoy what millions of people in 35 other states enjoy simply because they live somewhere between the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware River!

Kosher.com's wine store states it clearly up front:

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO ORDER OR RECEIVE ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. The person receiving delivery of alcoholic beverages will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP WINE TO:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Vermont.

 It's time to stop the insanity and let those in power know that the time for change is now.
